There has always been a morning oblation and an evening oblation.  There has always been a morning sacrifice and an evening sacrifice.  There has always been a morning light and an evening light.  The candlestick was put out in morning and lit in the evening.  Elijah gave Baal the privilege of tearing down the altar of the morning sacrifice but Elijah waited for the evening sacrifice.  Morning and evening was two outstanding points in God's Divine Law from the creation of evening until this day.  The Early Church kept practicing the spiritual warfare of these points.  Peter and John were gone up to the temple at the hour of prayer, being the 9th hour.  We must keep in mind there was another prayer to be kept which was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon for the early days twelve apostles and the last days twelve apostles.

Now since there is an altar in the evening made up of 13 angels to burn incense and there was an altar made up of twelve apostles and the Chief of Israel, now there is an altar of the twelve Gentile Apostles and the Chief.  The early altar was sacrifices, but now this altar has been restored at evening time.  Let our people remember throughout that at nine every morning wherever it is 9 o'clock in the world and at 3 o'clock wherever it is 3 o'clock in the world, according to the Scriptures,  incense is burned in heaven at these hours.  There are several Scriptures supporting this that I have written and I think it would be good for every Christian to get his Bible down and read them.  It is for this reason I will not quote them, I want you to get your Bible down and read them.  They are as follows:
