Mayor of Cleveland Welcomes Delegates

Well-known William K. Fillauer, the honorable mayor of the City of Cleveland, Tennessee, spoke on Monday night to the delegates of the Feast of Pentecost. He is seen shaking hands with Chief Bishop Grady R. Kent, while local pastor, Apostle John H. Looper, who gave the welcome address looks on. While giving the official welcome for the City of Cleveland, Mayor Fillauer noted the rapid advancement of the church in the city. He said he remembered when the church only had a tent on the church property a few years ago. He also praised the Chief Bishop for the fine work he was doing. The mayor told of receiving the official church newspaper the Vision Speaks every month.
