The Seventh Year

A Year Of Recognition, Used By God

The year seven (7) in the Bible has always been used by God for special events and for climaxing great events of His work.  This numeral seven (7) is used in the Bible in revealing the revelation of Jesus Christ as referred to in the Book of Revelation, and in Moses and the candlestick.  It is also used by men of God to perform miracles and exploits by using it according to the Word of God.

February 13, 1963 turned the Church into its Seventh Year of reforming in the restitution of all things in accordance with Luke's writings in Acts 3:20-21, and Acts 15:16-18, where he said that the heavens would hold Jesus until all things are restored and made ready for His return.

Due to this, I would like to say a few things in regard to this Seventh Year and what we may look forward to in connection with the Scriptures.  First, I would like to rehearse briefly a few miracles which will give the reader an assurance of what I am talking about.  It was the seven which Noah was commanded to use in the Ark.  It was the seven which Elias used to bring the rain.  It was the seven through which the Prophet raised the dead.  It was the seven through which the King was healed of leprosy.  It was the seven in the life of Gideon which caused him to be chosen for the victory.  It was the seven by which the walls of Jericho fell.  It was the seven by which God commanded Moses to light the Tabernacle by making the candlestick according to the Heavenly Pattern.  These sevens are too numerous to mention in the Old Testament, but there is no miracle that was ever performed and completed without the seven.

Now, in the New Testament, Jesus was the true and living Candlestick, a Lamb with Seven Eyes and Seven Horns in principles only.  He was the Word made flesh; in turn, He used this same recipe to build His Church.  Another candlestick like Him is to take His place.  This is proven in Matthew 5:17, and St. John 1:14.  The Book of Revelation has completely established that in these Last Days, God will climax His work with the greatest glory of all ages, but its exploits and wonders are based upon the Seven.  This number, seven, revealed in Revelation, is to be used and is supported by the Seven Holy Principles of God in His Word.

The Church of God, since February 13, 1957, has gone into its seventh year of reforming according to the pattern and Revelation of the Word of God.  This includes the restoring of the figure seven, with the twelve, the four, the two, the one anointed, and the seventy prophets.  The restoring also includes Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers--making the perfect ministry--and its seven men of wonder that are referred to in the Book of Revelation as the seven thunders.

We have a perfect right to look forward in this seventh year, a year of great exploits and success when God will set His hand to reveal His things to His people.  It is the Church that shall finish the work of Christ in this world, according to Apostle Paul's writings in Ephesians 1:22-23, '...And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.'  In the light of these Scriptural facts, we have a perfect right to proclaim ourselves to the THE CHURCH OF GOD of these Last Days, the Church which God shall use to fulfill all and all, and to be the people referred to by James in Acts 15 and confirmed by the Prophet Amos in the 9th chapter of Amos.

There are three outstanding events of this seventh year which we may look forward to in The Church of God.  One is the dedication of the Apostleship according to the 17th chapter of St. John.  The dedication of the Temple of God (The Church of God) which Scriptures verify to have been done in the seventh month (the seventh year) can be expected.  This is just like the time when Jesus ordained the Apostles and set-up the Church, The Church of God, on Mt. Hattin in the seventh month.  Then, we have coming the great Feast of Pentecost, observed by the first people to restore this feast officially since the Dark Ages.  I will keep you informed from month to month on these and other events which are coming from no place other than the Divine Institution of God, which is His Church.

Let me also say that there will be such great victories, and many things that we have looked forward to see will now make their appearances this year.  The world will be stirred because of this year, and many strange things will happen to fulfill the Word of God in connection with the Church in the Last Days.  Let us be up and about God's business.

NOTE TO THE READER...It is destruction to anyone who would try to change the things of the Book of Revelation, according to the 22nd chapter of this Book, verses 18 and 19.  Remember my prophecy six years ago that men would read of what we are doing and would attempt to set-up something similar to it rather than to be willing to acknowledge and submit to The Church of God as being already reformed according to the Pattern.
